• The iScienceDVD return policy states any DVD set that is returned unopened (the external packaging) and within 30 days of the shipping dates of the DVD set will be given a full refund of all funds less the costs of shipping.
• Any DVD pack that has been opened (the external packaging has been opened to where access can be gained to the copyrighted materials) and returned within 10 working days of the original shipping date will be given a full refund less shipping costs.
• Any DVD pack that has been opened (the external packaging has been opend to where access can be gained to the copyrighted materials DVD) and returned after 10 working days of the original shipping date will only be given a 50% refund less shipping costs.
• Any DVD pack that has been opened and returned after 30 days where access to the copyrighted materials has been made will not be accepted. Materials will be returned to the purchaser.
• Any POSTER that is returend undamaged within 30 DAYS from the purchase date will be given a full refund. Any return made AFTER 30 DAYS will not be rufunded. Refunds to not include shipping costs. Only the purchase price of the items.
• Any STUDENT WORKBOOK or ANSER KEY that is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and has not been opened (the external packaging has not been opened to where access can be gained to the copyrighted materials) will be given a full refund. Returns made within the 30 day period where the access has been made to the copyrighted materials, only a 50% refund will be given. Returns made after a 30 day period where access to the copyrighted materials has been made will not be accepted. Materials will be returned to the purchaser.

• Any disk that does not perform correctly because of scratch or physical damage within the first 30 days of the original ship date of the DVD set may be sent back to iScienceDVD, LLC and the damaged disk will be replaced at no charge.
• Any disk that does not perform correctly because of scratch or physical damage after the first 30 day grace period will be charged and be required to send the original disk back to iScienceDVD, LLC along with a $15 dollar replacement disk fee. A new disk will be sent out with 24 hours of receipt of the damaged DVD.

• All DVD's and support materials are copyright of iScienceDVD, LLC 2007 and as such are protected under federal copyright law.
• Unauthorized copies of DVD's is strictly prohibited.
• Copies of the mission logs can be made once per school year, per classroom.
• Each of the DVD prodcuts are limted in use to once classroom at a time. Two classrooms may not use any of the DVD products at the same time with out the purchase of a second set. This means that classes can share one disk set, but only after the first classroom has finised.
• The student handbooks may not be reproduced. If additional copies are required, purchase more copies. An authorized copies of the student work book is strictly prohibited.
• Student misson logs that are located with in the Classroom Pack and the Grade Level pack my be reproduced at the rate of one mission log assessment per student per implementation. For example, Class A can make copies of the mission log and assessments once while using the unit in the classroom and not other time. When Class B takes a turn, then they may take a turn reproducing the masters for student mission logs and assessments.
